Solar installation in Melbourne's west

A good solar system starts with understanding how your household uses power, not with the biggest system that will fit on the roof. We'll talk through your usage, your roof and your plans, so the system suits your home now and later.

What's covered

  • Installed by an SAA-accredited installer (Grid-Connect PV, design and install)
  • System sizing based on your usage and roof
  • Panel layout and inverter selection
  • A check of your switchboard and supply
  • Neat, tidy installation of panels, cabling and inverter
  • Testing and commissioning, with the system explained to you
  • Planning for a battery or EV charger later, if you want one

Thinking about a battery or EV later?

If a battery or electric vehicle is on the cards, it's worth saying so at the start. It can change the inverter you choose and how the switchboard is set up, and planning for it now usually saves work later.

Common questions

How big a system do I need?

It depends on how much power you use and when you use it. Recent electricity bills are the best starting point. Send them with your quote request if you can.

Is my switchboard suitable?

We'll check it as part of quoting. Some older boards need work before solar can be connected, and we'll explain why if yours does.

Got an electrical, solar or battery job coming up?

Whether you're a homeowner with something that needs sorting, or a builder or solar company looking for a reliable electrician, we'd be glad to hear about it. Give us a call or send through a quote request, and we'll get back to you to talk it through.
