Privacy Policy

LMB WIRED (ABN 65 784 490 474) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean LMB WIRED.

What we collect

When you call, email or send a quote request, we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your suburb or the address where the work is needed
• details about the job, and any photos you choose to send
• your preferred contact method
• for builders and solar companies, your company name and project details

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the work, issue certificates and invoices, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We won't sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing emails without your permission.

Photos you send

Photos sent with a quote request are used to understand and quote your job. We won't publish photos of your home or property on this website or social media without your permission.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where it's needed to do the job or required by law. This can include:

• service providers that run this website and deliver email (Cloudflare and Resend)
• business software we use for quoting, scheduling and invoicing
• your electricity distributor or retailer, for work such as solar connections
• Energy Safe Victoria or other authorities, where certificates or records must be lodged

How your information is stored

Quote requests from this website are sent to our business email. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries. We keep records only for as long as needed for the job and to meet legal and tax requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Website statistics and cookies

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect your name or contact details. This website does not use advertising cookies.

The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks that a real person is using the form and does not use advertising cookies.

Google Fonts

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

Questions or complaints

If you have a question or concern about privacy, contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
